Options range from fresh fruit to cakes and from coffee to Spumante, including a selection of dainty appetisers – sometimes caprese, sometimes vitello tonnato. True to the “no waste” philosophy that informs our new chef Danilo D’Ambra, the foods that are not touched during breakfast are later delivered to the fridges in the rooms and suites as snacks.
